I've been on All Of Me challenge for about a decade now. When I started about 10 years ago, I was a high-achieving, peace-keeping, burned out, unaware workaholic who depended on others' to choose me and make me feel worthy. And I thought that was what belonging was -- being chosen because I performed my part well. I wondered why IĀ sure looked I belong everywhere, and yet IĀ felt I belong nowhere.Ā
It's when I stopped asking for others to seeĀ All Of Me and IĀ decided to seeĀ and be All Of Me for myself, everything changed.Ā
